A zirconia crown is a prosthetic cap that fully covers a damaged tooth, a rebuilt abutment or a dental implant. Zirconia (zirconium dioxide) is a next-generation ceramic material: biocompatible, metal-free, highly fracture-resistant and with a natural appearance thanks to its enamel-like translucency.
Our partner clinics produce crowns in-house using 5-axis CAD/CAM milling machines, starting from CE-certified zirconia blocks. The entire process is digital: from intraoral scan to computer design to milling. No manual steps, no imprecision. The result is a perfectly fitted crown with micrometric margins and an aesthetic finish superior to traditional metal-ceramic crowns.

Zirconia is metal-free: no grey line at the gum margin, no metal allergies, no thermal conductivity. Aesthetics are superior thanks to natural translucency. Mechanical strength is equal to or greater than metal-ceramic. The cost in Albania is comparable to metal-ceramic crowns in the UK.
