All-on-4 is an advanced implantology technique that rehabilitates an entire dental arch using just four strategically placed implants. Two are inserted vertically in the anterior zone, two tilted at 30–45° in the posterior zone to maximise use of available bone. The patient leaves the clinic the same day with a fixed temporary prosthesis — no more removable dentures.

Yes. The All-on-4 protocol involves immediate loading: a fixed temporary resin prosthesis is screwed onto the implants the same day as surgery. This prosthesis is functional and aesthetically pleasing, and is replaced by the definitive zirconia prosthesis after 3–6 months of osseointegration.
